Deliveries
Express delivery nationwide to the customer's home/workplace - "Zig Zag" company, up to 3 business days - for an additional 22 NIS.

Possibility of self-pickup from the store at 21 Levinsky Street, Tel Aviv by prior arrangement.

Please note - delivery to a locker must be picked up within 48 hours of receiving an SMS notification that the package has arrived at the locker. If it is not picked up within 48 hours, the package will be returned to us, and return delivery to the customer will result in the customer being charged for the shipping cost.

Home delivery:
The courier contacts the customer up to twice to coordinate delivery - if the customer does not respond to the 2 coordinations, he will have to pay 25 NIS for an additional coordination.
We recommend that you enter all relevant data in the "Notes" field on the cart page for the shipping address so that there are no problems with the delivery of the package.

Delivery to a distribution point:
"On the way home" delivery to a distribution point/locker - up to 2 business days - to a location close to your home: For purchases over 249 NIS, shipping is free! For purchases under 249 NIS, the cost will be 10 NIS.

Please note - in this delivery, only one phone number is recorded, which is used to receive the notification when the package arrives at the distribution point. Specify a phone number that receives regular notifications, otherwise there is no option to know that the package has arrived at the point.
